Did you not receive a confirmation email? If you have recently placed an order, you should normally receive an order confirmation within a few minutes to the email address you provided. If this is not the case, an accidental typo may have been made when entering your email address. Therefore, please check again whether the correct email address has been entered. The confirmation email may also have ended up in your spam folder, so check that as well. If you still have not received a confirmation email after these steps, please feel free to contact us. We are happy to assist you and ensure that you receive the necessary information as quickly as possible.

Track order Yes, you can track your order using the track & trace code you received. You can find the link to the track & trace on our website under the heading "track your order".

Exchange item Unfortunately, we cannot exchange orders for a different size, color or product. You can of course always place a new order on our website.

Cancel order If you wish to make any changes or cancel your order after placing it, we advise you to contact us as soon as possible. Our automated process ensures that your package is prepared for shipment as quickly as possible, meaning cancellation is not possible if the order is too far along in the shipping process. However, we are always available to help you and answer your questions.

Delivery time At INOA The Label we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. In general we have a delivery time of 1-3 working days. We understand that you do not want to wait long for your order and do our best to deliver it to you as quickly as possible, so that you can quickly enjoy your new purchase!

Returns Yes, that is possible in most cases. We have a 14 day returns policy. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 days, provided the product is in the original packaging and in good condition. Please note: Offers , swimwear and jewelry cannot be returned. Unfortunately, pre-owned items cannot be returned either. Unless there are substantial defects that are not mentioned in the product description.

Returns procedure You can return your package via, for example, DHL or PostNL. Don't forget to address the package to us. Since the return costs are your responsibility, the package must be sent as new. We always recommend sending the package with a track & trace code and keeping this code. Please note: Our handmade pouffes must be returned by registered post.

Refund Returns will be processed within 7 business days. As soon as we have received your return and the product is in order, you will receive your money back into the account you paid within 10 working days.
