Shipments within the Netherlands:

Shipments to Belgium:

We are pleased to offer you the option to have your order delivered via DHL. The shipping costs are €10, and for orders over €120, shipping is free. For more information about this, please refer to the following website: My DHL Parcel

Delivery time:

We aim to ship your order within 1-3 days, but this usually happens the next day. In most cases, DHL will deliver your package within the Benelux the next working day (with the exception of the Wadden Islands). In the Netherlands, DHL also delivers on Saturdays. Returns:

We would like to remind you that returns must be returned within 14 days of receipt. You can do this by sending a message to info@inoathelabel.nl or via the contact form on our website under the heading 'contact'.

NB:

• Discounted items cannot be returned, unless otherwise provided by applicable law.
• Unfortunately, pre-owned items cannot be returned. Unless there are substantial defects that are not mentioned in the product description.
• Jewelry and swimwear cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.
• All products must be returned unworn and in the original packaging. The tag must not have been removed.
• Products with make-up stains, damage and/or strong odors cannot be returned.

Returns:

• The costs for returns are borne by the customer. We recommend using a track & trace service to track the shipment and insure it against loss or damage during transport.
• NB! Returns of the handmade poufs must be sent by registered mail . Send the product back to us packed in the same shipping box.
• Returns must be accompanied by the fully completed returns form/email. The items must be undamaged, unused and have original labels and price tags.
• Items received for free through promotions must be returned. If these are not returned, costs will be charged.
• NL : Shipping costs of €5.99 remain in force for orders under €100. Orders over €100 are shipped free of charge. If a return shipment brings the total amount below €100, €5.99 shipping costs will still be charged and deducted from the returned amount.
• BE : Shipping costs of €10.00 remain in force for orders under €120. Orders above €120 are shipped free of charge. If a return shipment brings the total amount below €120, €10.00 shipping costs will still be charged and deducted from the returned amount.

Return procedure:

To initiate a return, we kindly ask you to send an email within 14 days of receiving the package via the contact form on our website or to info@inoathelabel.nl, containing your order number, first and last name, telephone number and the reason for return. After approval of your return, you will receive a confirmation email from us.

Please note: Only return the package after receiving this confirmation! The handmade pouffes must be returned by registered mail .

Then register your return with a postal company of your choice and send the package to the address below:

1. Order number
2. First and last name
3. phone number
4. Reason for return

After receiving the package, we check whether the product is still in its original condition and has not been worn. If everything is in order, you will receive the money back into the account you paid within 10 working days .
